Thai By 3 Monkeys Terms of Purchase for Pickup, Delivery and In-store Orders
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering as these terms will apply to any orders you place. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you should not place an order.
We reserve the right to refuse your order or booking should it be necessary.
Your order confirmation is a record of our agreement to deliver the products ordered and paid for in full. If someone else made the order on your behalf, you agree that such a person acted as your behalf.
Confirmation of your order will be sent to the email provided. Plus, you will also be able to your purchase histories via your GoZappi account.
Please make sure that the email address, home address and telephone number you provide are correct in your GoZappi account, as these are required to fulfill your order.
When you place an order, you will have the choice to Schedule a Delivery Date or Time. You must be available to accept delivery for ten minutes before and ten minutes after that time.
Minimum order value applies for delivery.
The delivery fee varies based on several factors, but you'll always see the fee upfront on the checkout page, so you know what you're paying before you order.
We endeavour to deliver your order on your specified date and time. Unfortunately, things don’t always go to plan and factors, such as high demand and traffic occasionally prevent us from achieving this.
TAKE AWAY / PICK UP
When you place an order for take-away, you will have the choice to Schedule a Pickup Date or Time.
There may be a minimum delay time set of for example 30 minutes which means you will not be able to schedule your pickup time to occur after the delay.
If you place an order for takeaway or delivery on the day and time which we are closed, your order will be processed once we are opened again. In this situation please expect some delay as the demand for our services may be high after a long period of closure.
PRODUCTS & ALLERGY
All products are subject to availability.
In most cases, we do take backorders for out-of-stock items.
Although every care is taken, some products may contain nuts. The Desserts and Ice Cream sold by us may contain nut derivatives.
If you have an allergy, we kindly ask that you do not order online. Instead, please call us on the telephone number displayed at the top of our site.
Although great care has been taken to remove all bones from chicken and meat some may remain.
Drinks and desserts are only delivered with the main dishes.
All images used are for illustrative purposes only. Individual features such as ingredients, colour, and other food/drink items may vary. All images are intended to give a general indication of the finished product only and should not be used for purchase purposes.

PAYMENT & PRICING
We offer different meals at varying prices.
Please note that prices and offers in our online store may differ from prices and offers in the restaurant.
For most meals that you order through our online store whether it be for takeaway/pick up, delivery or in-store ordering, you’ll be able to add special “Notes” to let us know about any modifications to your order selections.
Prices are as quoted on our menus, website and in the shop may change from time to time, although changes will not affect orders already placed (unless due to a technical error).

Visa, MasterCard and American Express for Delivery, Take-away, and In-store orders
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & AMENDMENTS
You can contact us for a full refund if we haven’t yet commenced “Preparing” your order. If you cancel your order after we have already commenced the preparation of your order, you will not be refunded.

YOUR RIGHTS IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH YOUR ITEMS
You have a legal right to receive goods that comply with their description, which are of satisfactory quality.
If you believe that the Items you have been provided do not comply with these legal rights, please let us know. We may request a photograph showing the problem if it is something that can be seen by inspecting the Items.
We will provide a refund in respect of the affected part of the Item, and in respect of delivery if the whole order was affected unless we have reasonable cause to believe that the problem was caused after delivery.
Prior to processing your refund, we may consider relevant factors including the details of the order, including your account history and what happened on delivery.
